Leafs' Andreas Johnsson out for rest of season with knee injury

Toronto Maple Leafs left wing Andreas Johnsson is expected to miss the rest of the season after having knee surgery Wednesday. The Maple Leafs announced that the surgery was successful, but Johnsson is expected to miss six months.
