Maple Leafs head coach Mike Babcock had high praise for Jets forward Mark Scheifele, calling him "one of the best centres in the league". Babcock also credits Scheifele for being a big reason behind Patrik Laine's success this season. Scheifele was honoured to be so respected by Babcock.
