Maple Leafs' lead-blowing an equal combination of mistakes and misfortune

Right now, the Toronto Maple Leafs are holding onto their leads like they’re covered in Vaseline. As it stands, Toronto wins 70.4 percent of its games when leading after two periods, the 27th-best mark in the league. Toronto’s strength is in young offensively-gifted forwards, not shutdown guys.
