Why John Tavares remains optimistic about the league’s return-to-play plan

The NHL has indicated 11 players have tested positive for COVID-19 thus far. But Tavares, a Return to Play Committee member, says the league and PA will continue to follow the advice of infectious disease experts – and that the outlook remains good.
