Demotion made to give Antoine Bibeau playing time

Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock confirmed that Antoine Bibeau’s demotion had nothing to do with one result (a 3-1 loss to Colorado, with the last goal an empty-netter). Jhonas Enroth was restored to backup duties to Frederik Andersen as of Friday.
