Burrows retires; Strome re-signs; Leafs sign Ennis

After 13 seasons in the NHL, Alex Burrows announced that he was retiring on Friday. Meanwhile, the Oilers were able to come to terms on a two-year deal with Ryan Strome, while the Leafs signed Tyler Ennis to a one-year deal.
