Marlies give Sparks nod in goal for Game 7 of Calder Cup final

​The Toronto Marlies plan to stick with goaltender Garret Sparks for Thursday's decisive Game 7 of the Calder Cup final (7 p.m. ET) against the visiting Texas Stars. Sparks was chased early in the third period of Tuesday's 5-2 setback.
