Leafs' Matthews "stole" Halloween costume from Brown

The Maple Leafs held their annual Halloween party on Sunday night with Auston Matthews going with a politically-themed outfit: undecided voter Ken Bone. Connor Brown originally wanted to wear the costume, but the No. 1 overall pick vetoed that decision.
