Soshnikov’s agent: ‘Nikita has earned the right to be in the NHL’

The Toronto Maple Leafs called Nikita Soshnikov up to the NHL club on Tuesday to avoid a clause in his contract that would allow him to head back to the KHL. But his agent says he’s earned this call-up on his own.
