Why Maple Leafs and Hurricanes look like perfect trade partners

The Carolina Hurricanes and Toronto Maple Leafs are perfect trade partners … on paper at least. Would someone like Noah Hanifin be a better fit with the current Maple Leafs than, say, Mitch Marner?
