Lupul fails second physical, can be placed on LTIR

After Joffrey Lupul's series of tweets questioning the Leafs' doctor's decision to declare him unfit to play, the NHL hired an independent doctor to review the situation; Lupul failed the second physical allegedly due to a back issue which has plagued him since he played in Anaheim.
