Why isn't Rielly getting power play time?

Morgan Rielly led the Leafs in ice time during Wednesday's opener in Ottawa, but did not have a role on the power play. Head coach Mike Babcock was coy on Friday when asked why the offensively-gifted defenceman wasn't getting more time on the man advantage.
