Leafs' Andersen day-to-day, McElhinney to start against Panthers

Frederik Andersen was a brief participant at Leafs' practice on Monday and is taking things day-by-day after he was bumped and pulled from their game against the Sabres. Curtis McElhinney will get the start against the Panthers on Tuesday. Mark Masters has more on the Leafs' goalie situation.
